Books we read, March 8th

It’s International Women’s Day and I didn’t read any books with strong women characters to Reid. What does that say about me? Instead, we read books in the [1] ABC Box from [2] Discovery Toys. This time, though, Reid read me some of the books while I showered. It was a pretty neat experience, except Reid wanted to keep the shower door open so that I could see the book, causing all sorts of cold air to invade my toasty warm shower stall.

We also read:

[3] I Need a Valentine! A Lift-the-Flap Story by [4] Harriet Ziefert, the first time I have read it, the book has a questionable message since it says if you want something, you give something - like the exchange is one for one;
