Books we read, April 1st

While we drove to take Ken to Trenton, I sat in the backseat with Reid and read some library books that I had grabbed on the way out the door:
- Mrs Crump’s Cat by Linda Smith;
- Down in the Woods at Sleepytime by Carole Lexa Schaefer;
- The Maestro Plays by Bill Martin Jr (twice); and
- Big Bear Ball by Joanne Ryder.
And in the restroom at the garage, less than five minutes from the base, where we had to stop *right now*:
A Friend Like You by Roger Pare; and
Norman’s Snowball by Hazel Hutchins.
At Grandma Barb’s we read And You Can Be the Cat by Hazel Hutchins.
At bedtime we read:
- Guess How Much I Love You by Sam Mcbratney;
- Daddy Kisses by Anne Gutman; and
- When Will It be Spring? by Catherine Walters.
