Books we read, April 17th

Ken started the day with the tongue-twister Fox in Socks by Dr Seuss. At the end of it, he said that it was far too early for such a book. I skillfully snuck it out of the bathroom and put it on a high shelf. I don’t think we need to read it again anytime soon. We also read:

I pulled a bunch of books off of our shelf this afternoon. We’ve been reading library books lately and I have missed the tried-and-true but not Ken. When I gave him a couple, he asked why we would read ones that we’ve read so many times. So, I read:
