Books we read, April 22nd

In the morning, we read:

Waiting for the Agricultural Museum to open, we read Iggy Pig’s Snowy Day by Vivian French. In the museum, we read Come Along Daisy by Jane Simmons, which reminded me of a book about a little duck who was learning that baby duck, even she, came from eggs. I’ll have to check if they were written by the same author.

We read The Fire Station by Robert Munsch at naptime and again before going to bed for the night, in tribute to the firefighter who visited the daycare last week.

As a bribe, or maybe an incentive, to get Reid to stop for a potty break before going to the Aviation Museum, I read Winnie-the-Pooh and Eeyore’s House  by A.A. Milne.

At bedtime, we read:
